Conditions:
ESSB member: By choosing this registration option, the conference participant either extends her or his existing ESSB membership by one year or becomes a new ESSB member.
Regular participant: Normal participation at the ESSB conference, but the participant becomes member of neither ESSB nor ESCHM.
PhD student: To qualify for the reduced PhD registration fee, the applicants must submit a letter from the professor supervising their PhD, attesting that the applicant is working on a PhD.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Registration fee may be cancelled by mail or by fax addressed to the Local Organising Committee at essb@bsb-bg.eu.
Refund schedule is as follows:
- Cancellation received by June 30, 2026 – full refund less 30 EUR handling fee
- Cancellation received between June 30, 2026, and July 15, 2026 – 50% refund
- After July 15, 2026 – no refund
